Shall we chat? ☕
Up until now, with a more or less regular cadence, we have been dedicating some articles about the great and colorful world of real estate. Today we would like to take this moment for two considerations "among friends", us and you who read and follow us.
It is often happening that we receive comments like this: "this house has its own poetry", "what energy this house!", "but is it really as you describe it?" and, which fills our hearts with healthy professional satisfaction, "what beautiful words you wrote in the ads", "whoever writes the descriptions should be a poet".
Yes, we have realized that proposing a property means giving it a voice. Because it is important to try to leave a mark in the heart of the future buyer.
Houses where the last knock on the door was given some time ago, houses with furniture whitewashed by years of dust but still alive with memories, houses smelling of family lunches. Every house has particular characteristics making it an excellent property to put on the market of the real estate but behind these "commercial" elements they have lots to tell. So why not put this story down on paper? The owners tell it, you can find it in documents, by googling on the net but also and above all within its walls. It's a feeling. It's a detail.
The perfect house doesn't exist but the one that excites you does! And it excites you precisely for a detail that only you read between the lines of the description or for an atmosphere, a particular light that you notice in the photographs. And it will be precisely this detail that will make you choose this house instead of another.
Houses that have seen the economic boom of the post-war period and show the well-being and the details of their time. Houses that are located in an old village, how many stories have they lived? Houses that have been passed down from generation to generation are like an open book.
Houses awaiting a new life: paraphrasing Foscolo, "eternal is he who is remembered".
